Job Overview:
The Game Attendant is responsible for providing customer service to guests who are playing games or who are on the casino floor.  Game Attendants may also be assigned to the Games Dispatch function for part of their shift to communicate with and direct other game attendants as they provide service on the casino floor.  Assist guests in every way possible in order to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Reset machines and repair minor malfunctions; Handle jackpot process
  • Wallet pays and exchanging currency for the guest and TITO (ticket in, ticket out) fills
  • Provide customer service to all guest especially to gaming players
  • Enhances guest’s game entertainment experience by creating a fun, high-energy environment through the celebration of wins
  • Displays attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior during each and every interaction with all guest’s throughout the shift
  • Respond to guest service calls within the established service targets.  Service calls sent to Game Attendants through Game Dispatch or through STM paging technology, game service lights, or guest interaction.
  • Game Attendants and their managers will periodically receive service time reports and GA’s are responsible for meeting service targets for both the time of a service interaction and the number of service calls completed during a time period.
  • Requires some standing and walking, continuously, throughout the entire shift
  • Complete all required documents, logs, and reports in a timely and accurate manner following MICS, TICS and other regulatory or Company requirements.
  • Comply with Internal Controls, Company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned



  • High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • Six (6) months of cash handling or teller experience is required
  • Must successfully take and pass a timed math skills test.
  • Must have effective communication skills both verbally and written
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel and crouch without limitation when needed
  • Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing and able to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
  • Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
  • Willing and able to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
